What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. During checkout, you may see Apple Pay appear as the default option, but you can easily use any other payment method by entering your email and billing information. Apple Pay is simply a convenient shortcut for those who prefer it, it is not required.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply visit the Shop page, add your desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout from the cart page. The process is quick and secure.

Can I request changes to my order after submitting it?

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as Criseida Files does not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if a genuine mistake was made, we may be able to assist, as long as you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help when possible.

How is shipping handled?

All physical products purchased from Criseida Files are fulfilled and shipped through a trusted third-party service to ensure reliable delivery and quality handling.

What type of packing will it come in?

Prints sized 8" × 10" and smaller are packaged in a sturdy, flat rigid mailer. Anything larger than 8" × 10" will arrive safely rolled inside a protective tube-style box.

My print is very rolled up, how can I fix this?

I know it may look a little intimidating at first, but don’t worry your print will flatten beautifully with the right steps! Below are two methods that can be used to relax prints.

Important Notes:

• Handle your print only by the edges to avoid smudges or damage.

• Make sure your surface is completely clean and dry before placing your print down.

Rolling Method

This method works by gently rolling your print in the opposite direction to help it relax and flatten. Watch video links below if you have never done it before. It’s important to follow the steps carefully, rolling it incorrectly can cause creases or damage.

• Place print face down on clean surface.

• Starting at the end that naturally wants to curl upward, begin rolling print in the opposite direction using the tube (make sure corners aren’t bent before applying pressure or rolling.)

• Guide with both hands so it rolls evenly.

• Secure the paper on the tube by placing weight on top of the tube (books can be used.)

• Leave for 1-3 hours.

• Last step is to unroll.

If there is no tube accessible for you to do this method, the weighing down method can be used. Below, I’ve linked the rolling method for flattening your print.

Weighing Down Method

This method works by simply adding weight onto the print to help the paper realx.

• First place print on clean dry surface.

• Cover the print to keep safe (this can be done with regular printing paper/tissue paper/parchment paper/protective paper that came with order.)

• Add even light weight over the print, making sure the corners are included to avoid curling. The most common objects to do this with are books or boards.

• Leave it for 24-48 hours. This method usually relaxes most prints enough to get into a frame.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Criseida Files does not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, an announcement will be made through our official social media channels.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by an additional 3–5 business days for shipping.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability or customization requests.

What should I do if I get my package and its damaged, or it gets lost?

If an issue occurs, Criseida Files will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the matter with the shipping carrier.

Customers must notify Criseida Files of any shipping-related concerns within 5 business days of the original delivery date, or the estimated delivery date if the package is lost.

Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist through the third-party carrier.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes. Once the third-party carrier provides tracking details, Criseida Files will send the tracking information directly to the customer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales of digital products and physical goods on Criseida Files are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

What print sizes do you offer?

Available print sizes are listed on each product page at checkout. These sizes usually vary from 6” x 6” to 11” x 14”. Sizes cannot be customized beyond the options shown. If you have a special request, the easiest way to inquire is by emailing Criseida directly here.

What type of paper do you use?

All prints are produced through a trusted third-party printing service using high-quality fine art papers. The primary paper options include:

How will I know what type of paper the print I’m purchasing will be printed on?

The specific paper type for each product is always listed in the item description under the Shop tab. If you cannot find this information or are unsure, please contact Criseida before placing your order to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Do your prints come framed?

At this time, prints are sold unframed and unmounted. Product photos may show framed examples for display purposes only, but your order includes the print itself.

If you have a special framing or presentation request, feel free to contact Criseida, she will do her best to accommodate when possible.

Do you do commissions?

Yes. Commissions are accepted based on Criseida’s current availability. To inquire, please contact Criseida directly with your request. It’s easiest to do this through the contact tab.

Can you give an overview of how the commission process works?

Phase 1: Initial Inquirary

When reaching out, please provide a brief description of your idea, the desired dimensions, and your ideal deadline. This information helps determine feasibility.

Phase 2: Availability & Details

Criseida will confirm her availability and, if moving forward, will request additional details needed to begin preparing an estimate.

Phase 3: Estimate Preparation

Further questions may be exchanged to ensure all necessary information is gathered. This allows an accurate and fair quote to be created.

Phase 4: Quote Review

You will receive a formal quote to review, sign, and return if you choose to proceed.

Phase 5: Deposit & Start of Work

Once the agreed upon deposit is paid, the commission working phase officially begins.

Phase 6: Final Payment & Delivery

Upon completion, the remaining balance is due. After final payment is received, the finished artwork will be delivered to you.

How long will it take for my commission take to be made?

For the best chance of availability, it is recommended to reach out at least six months before your desired deadline. Timelines vary depending on complexity, size, and Criseida's schedule.

• Smaller commissions may take around two weeks.

• Larger or more detailed pieces may require several weeks to several months.

All timelines will be clearly outlined in the contract before any payment is made.

What else should I know about commissions?

The most important thing to bring into the commission process is an open mind. While Criseida takes every idea and preference into thoughtful consideration, art is a collaborative and creative process, not an automated one. Open communication and flexibility help ensure your vision and Criseida’s artistic interpretation come together beautifully. :)
