If the type of session you’re wanting is not listed, contact me to see if I’m able to capture what you’re looking for. I will answer any questions, provide more information on the process, and go over payment options.

My Process

Review

Client fills out inquiry form on this page. I will review client expectations, scheduling, cost, and any questions regarding the process. At this point I will determine if I am a good fit for you.

Plan with Purpose

I will review your form and contact you back within 72 hours. We’ll discuss ideas, locations, and deposit/payment. Client is encouraged to ask any questions that remain at this point before sending deposit.

Scheduling

Come to a mutual agreement for scheduling and package. Decide on a concrete date and time. The deposit and contract is sent to lock in the date and time.

Make Magic

It’s shoot day! Have fun and I will guide you throughout the session. You get photos back 2-4 weeks after the shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Filling out the inquiry form isn’t locking you in on a session. It’s simply the first step for us to get to know one another and see if we are a good fit! Think of it as window shopping. :) it’s the phase where you explore and ask questions.

  • This depends on my availability. The latest would be 4 weeks post-session.

  • Studio time will be your responsibility to book and will count as one location. I will send options of studios in town, more information about studio sessions, and guide you on this process. You will not have to do it all on your own! But the actual booking of the studio will be done by the client.

  • While I truly enjoy the joy that children bring, please note that children are only permitted at photo sessions if they are the subjects of the images being captured. I kindly ask that you plan accordingly when selecting your session date.

    Having children present who are not part of the session can create distractions for both the client and myself. While I would love to meet your little ones, sessions move quickly, and the environment can be fast-paced, making it challenging to ensure their safety.

  • Absolutely! I will bring posing ideas and tunes! I am currently in modeling and have been in front of the camera for years, so posing is fun for me! This makes it easier for me to help you. It’s completely normal to feel nervous, especially if it’s your first time in front of the camera. I will make sure you are comfortable and have all the help you need!

  • The deposit is 25% of the session amount. This is due in order to lock in a date. I prefer to have a date locked in atleast 4 weeks prior to your session to plan accordingly, but it’s not required. This can be discussed more after filling out the inquiry form.

  • Once the deposit has been made, it is non-refundable. In order to avoid paying the full amount, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session. If this is not done, the client owes the full amount for the session. Cancelling at the last minute can take away time from being with other clients. The full cancellation policy will be sent and reviewed by the client before booking the session.

  • If you have not sent the deposit, changing the date comes at no cost. Once the deposit is sent, it is non-refundable. You can change dates, but would have to pay another depsoit to lock in a new date. If there are special circumstances (for ex weather, family emergency) I will do my best to work with you, as I know life can throw curveballs. Scheduling mistakes on your end, not having a ride planned out, having to go to work, are examples of when a new deposit would need to be made.
